Position Details & Responsibilities:

Uniform and Dress Code Variability: Depending on the nature of the event, your attire could range from tactical gear like black BDU pants, security polos, and black boots to more formal wear such as suits and ties for VIP-style events.
Event Assignments: Team sizes can range from 4-12 agents, primarily on weekends (Friday-Sunday).
Event Types: Our portfolio includes many events – corporate functions, private parties, festivals, school activities, VIP galas, and more.

Duties include:

Crowd Management: Supervise and guide attendees to ensure fluid movement and safety.
Access Control: Ensure only authorized individuals enter designated zones.

About the Job

For the Unarmed Reserve Security Agent position, your responsibilities may involve:

Close Protection: Safeguarding individuals, often high-profile clients, from potential risks or threats.
Travel Security: Ensuring the safety of clients during transit, including route planning and logistics.
Residential Protection: Securing private residences, minimizing risk, and ensuring client privacy.
Bodyguard Services: Providing personal protection, often in public spaces, against any security threats.
Private Event Security: Ensuring the security of guests, staff, and venue at private functions.
Vulnerability Assessments: Identifying potential threats to clients’ security and devising risk mitigation strategies.
Executive Protection: Offering a heightened level of personal security for corporate executives.
Executive Drivers: Combining transportation services with security considerations for high-profile clients.
Enterprise Security: Protecting business entities from physical or digital threats.
Risk Mitigation: Identifying and implementing strategies to reduce security risks.
School Security: Creating a safe educational environment for students and staff.
Workplace Violence Intervention: Addressing and preventing violence in professional settings.

Experience & Skills:

The ideal candidates will possess:

A bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Background in military, law enforcement, or corporate security (highly desired).
Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities.
An established reputation for integrity and trustworthiness.
Proficiency in report writing and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent physical fitness and professional appearance.
