Job Description:

We are currently hiring for the San Jose Unarmed Executive Protection Agent position. This role involves protective coverage in residential, corporate, and public environments depending on client movement. Agents must be comfortable with foot coverage, close protection in open spaces, and managing real-time changes in itinerary. In some cases, agents may be assigned to transport or staging support based on client requirements. Calm presence, composure under pressure, and the ability to blend into professional settings are key to success.

Shift Information:

Schedules for Unarmed Executive Protection Agents will vary based on the specific assignment and client needs. Potential shifts may include:

  • Day Shifts: Typically aligned with the client’s schedule or business hours, ranging from 8 to 12-hour shifts.
  • Evening & Night Shifts: Coverage during late hours or overnight for clients requiring round-the-clock protection.
  • On-Call/Reserve: You may be placed on an on-call roster for urgent security needs or last-minute assignments.
