Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Armed Executive Protection Agents to join our team in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will provide close protection services for high-net-worth individuals, executives, and public figures. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing comprehensive security plans, and responding rapidly to security incidents. This position requires adaptability, discretion, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-stress environments.

Shift Information:

As an Armed Executive Protection Agent, your schedule will vary based on client needs. Assignments may include:

  • Day Shifts: Typically aligned with client business hours, ranging from 8 to 12-hour shifts.
  • Evening & Night Shifts: Security protection required after standard business hours or for overnight assignments.
  • On-Call/Reserve: You may be required to remain on-call for urgent or last-minute assignments.
  • Weekend and Holiday Work: Executive protection often requires coverage during weekends, holidays, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Armed Executive Protection Agent, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive protection for high-profile clients in dynamic environments:

  • Provide armed close protection for high-profile clients, ensuring their safety in various environments (e.g., residences, corporate offices, public events, and during travel).
  • Conduct thorough threat assessments and design tailored security measures based on situational risk factors.
  • Patrol client premises, monitor surroundings, and maintain a secure presence.
  • Ensure safe and discreet transportation of clients, including route planning and secure driving.
  • Respond swiftly to potential security threats and incidents, managing the situation calmly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with the security team or Operations Center for support and continuous updates.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times, representing Global Risk Solutions, Inc. with the highest standards of conduct.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must meet specific professional standards and hold the necessary certifications and licenses:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in military, law enforcement, or executive protection roles.
  • Certifications:
    • Valid BSIS Guard Card (or equivalent state certification).
    • BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit (or equivalent state certification).
    • Valid CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) permit.
  • Physical Fitness: Strong physical stamina and endurance, with the ability to perform security duties under high-pressure circumstances for extended periods.
  • Skills:
    • Superior situational awareness and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work discreetly and independently, while maintaining a team mindset.
  • Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and experience in secure transportation is highly preferred.
