Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled and professional Armed Executive Protection Agents for assignments in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will provide high-level personal security services to executives, celebrities, and other high-profile individuals. Responsibilities include risk assessment, advanced security planning, and swift response to potential threats or security breaches. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in executive protection or similar roles, remaining calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.

Shift Information:

Schedules for Armed Executive Protection Agents will depend on client needs and may include:

  • Day Shifts: Aligned with the client’s work schedule or business hours, typically 8 to 12-hour shifts.
  • Evening & Night Shifts: Security may be required after business hours or for overnight protection details.
  • On-Call/Reserve: Be prepared for urgent, last-minute assignments based on client needs.
  • Weekend and Holiday Work: Some clients may require security coverage on weekends, holidays, or during special events.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Armed Executive Protection Agent, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing armed close protection for clients, ensuring their safety in various environments.
  • Conducting threat assessments and developing customized security strategies for residences, events, and travel routes.
  • Performing regular security patrols and maintaining a visible and secure presence.
  • Safely transporting clients when required, ensuring secure and smooth travel.
  • Responding promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
  • Maintaining communication with the security team and operations center for coordination and support.
  • Writing and submitting detailed incident and activity reports.
  • Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and environments.

Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in military, law enforcement, or executive protection.
  • Valid BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit (or equivalent certifications).
  • Valid CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) permit.
  • Excellent physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to work long shifts if necessary.
  • Superior situational awareness and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean record, and experience in secure transportation.
