Job Description:

We are looking for highly trained and professional Armed Executive Protection Agents to join our Los Angeles team. As an Armed Executive Protection Agent, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive protection for high-profile clients in dynamic environments. This role involves safeguarding clients through proactive risk assessments, advanced security planning, and swift response to any threats. The ideal candidate will possess experience in military, law enforcement, or executive protection, with a calm demeanor and the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.

Shift Information:

Due to the nature of executive protection, schedules will vary based on client needs. As an Armed Executive Protection Agent, you may be required to work:

  • Day Shifts: Aligned with client schedules, typically ranging from 8 to 12-hour shifts during standard business hours.
  • Evening & Night Shifts: May be required for after-hours protection or overnight security details.
  • On-Call/Reserve: You may be placed on-call for urgent assignments or last-minute security needs.
  • Weekend & Holiday Work: Security coverage is often needed during weekends, holidays, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Armed Executive Protection Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing armed protection for high-profile clients, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Performing detailed threat assessments and implementing appropriate security measures for various settings, including residences, events, and travel.
  • Conducting routine patrols and maintaining a secure presence.
  • Ensuring safe transportation for clients when required.
  • Responding quickly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies.
  • Maintaining regular communication with the security team and Operations Center for coordination.
  • Producing detailed reports on security activities and incidents.
  • Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must meet specific professional standards and hold the necessary certifications and licenses:

  • 5+ years of experience in military, law enforcement, or executive protection.
  • Valid BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit (or equivalent).
  • Valid CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) permit.
  • Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform protective duties for extended periods.
  • Excellent situational awareness, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience in secure transportation.
