Job Description:

We are seeking highly trained and professional Armed Executive Protection Agents to join our team in Beverly Hills, CA. This role involves providing high-level personal security services to executives, celebrities, and high-profile individuals. You will be responsible for safeguarding clients through risk assessment, advanced security planning, and rapid response to threats or security breaches. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the military, law enforcement, or executive protection and possess the ability to stay calm and decisive in high-stakes situations.

Shift Information:

Due to the nature of executive protection, schedules will vary based on the specific assignment and client needs. Potential shifts include:

  • Day Shifts: Aligned with the client’s work schedule or business hours, ranging from 8 to 12-hour shifts.
  • Evening & Night Shifts: Protection may be required after business hours or for overnight security details.
  • On-Call/Reserve: You may be placed on an on-call roster for urgent assignments or last-minute client needs.
  • Weekend and Holiday Work: Executive protection roles may involve providing security during weekends, holidays, or special events.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Armed Executive Protection Agent, you will be expected to:

  • Provide armed close protection for clients, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Perform thorough threat assessments and develop strategic security measures for various environments, including residences, public events, and travel routes.
  • Conduct security patrols and maintain a secure presence.
  • Ensure safe and secure transportation of clients when required.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the security team and operations center for support and coordination.
  • Draft and submit detailed reports on security activities and incidents as required.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the Armed Executive Protection Agent position, you must meet the following requirements:
